Celestial Antiquity SNR G65.3+5.7

SNR G65.3+5.7 is a large, faint supernova remnant in the constellation Cygnus, noted for its extensive, diffuse filamentary structure and low surface brightness, making it a challenging deep-sky imaging target. It was discovered by Gull, Kirshner, and Parker in 1977 and is estimated to be around 20,000-25,000 years old and approximately 2,600–3,200 light-years away.
