W J Dyer Bass Drum

Finds home with the Little Sky family. Trae and Jocy Little Sky traveled all the way from Sioux Falls, SD to pickup this one of a kind unique Bass Drum last night. It was so much fun to see this instrument become a Pow Wow drum and the family was so excited. And it felt so magical! We rendezvoused at the huge IKEA complex at the Mall of America parking lot. I picked the drum up July 4th in Moose Lake and did a light restoration to the mahogany laminated maple shell and hoops. Also repairing the calf skin heads. Hoping to use it for Into the Woods musical that I accompanied however rain only allowed my Ludwig Basses to perform outdoors.
