Rosa Parks arrested on December 1st 1955; 64 years ago!

On this day in 1955, in Montgomery, Ala., Rosa Parks, an African-American, rejected bus driver James Blake’s order to relinquish her seat in the “colored section” to a white passenger, after the whites-only section had filled up.
