Official statement regarding COVID-19 concerns and remaining performances:
Theatre 55 is committed to people age 55+. Our mission is to Enrich the lives of elders as artists, audiences, and lifelong learners through theatre performances and classes.
To put the very same people at risk whom we aim to enrich would simply not be prudent.
It is with great sadness that we have come to the decision to NOT CONTINUE OUR RUN OF URINETOWN, and to cancel our remaining performances. March 13, 14, and 15 performances are officially canceled.
